Please note that this is expected behaviour due to how encoders operate. VPC devices report a "Physical" button input, which is mapped to a "Logical" button output which is then read by Windows/games. Due to how encoders (scroll wheels) work, it will light up two "Physical" buttons even when scrolling in one direction. However, these two "Physical" buttons are mapped to two individual "Logical" button outputs. The firmware of the VPC device will correctly interpret the behaviour of the "Physical" button inputs to the expected "Logical" button output (i.e: one button when scrolling down, and another button when scrolling up).
