Изменения:
- Added new mode "Buffered" for processing encoders, the controller remembers all the decoded clicks and gives them step by step until the buffer is empty (even after stopping rotation).
- Minor GUI "VPC JOY_SETUP" bug's fixed;
- Fixed bug "VPC_JOY_TEST" device always offline;
- All names of USB devices changed, first two words are "VPC Stick..." / "VPC Throttle..." and etc for easy find device and bind controls in games.
