Attaching the Footplates

Tools required: 

- 10мм/7мм Wrench (NOT INCLUDED) 

-  H2.5  Hex Key (NOT INCLUDED) 

-  H4  Hex Key (NOT INCLUDED) 

1. Each footplate has multiple mounting holes so that the total width between the feet can be set to personal preference. Install the pads and secure with the screws M4x8.

ATTENTION! Do not confuse the left and right footplates.


2. Screw the remaining screws into the free holes using the nuts.

3. To adjust the footplate angle, loosen the highlighted screws and set a comfortable angle. Align the notches to the cut out for set angles and tighten the screws when set at the desired angle. 

4. Increase the brake axis tension by moving the return spring hook to the lower notch. 


Platform tilt adjustment 

Tools required: 

- 10/13мм  Wrench (NOT INCLUDED) 

-  H4 Hex Key (NOT INCLUDED) 

-  H5 Hex Key (NOT INCLUDED)  


1. Remove the toe brake by loosening the cable and unscrewing the marked screws and nuts.

2. Remove the brackets by unscrewing the highlighted nuts and replace them with the desired ones. 

3. Install the nuts, adjust the brackets and tighten the nuts. 

4. Assemble the toe brake and secure the cable.


Connecting the Device to Your PC


Changing Cams & Springs


Tools required: 

- H5 Hex Key (NOT INCLUDED) 

1. Remove the centering spring from the cam arm using round nose pliers. 

2. Unscrew the highlighted screws holding the cams onto the pedal assembly. 

3. Remove the cam and replace with your desired set.

4. Reinstall the spring and adjust the force (counterclockwise - decrease the force; clockwise - increase the force). 


Hard Mounting Pedal Assembly

Tools required: 

- х2 8мм Wrench (NOT INCLUDED) 

 

1. Unscrew the highlighted nuts and remove the mechanic assembly from the pedal base frame. 

2.  Install the pedals in your cockpit using the same holes. 


Damper installation

 

Tools required: 

- Wrench 10/13 mm (NOT INCLUDED) 

- H6 Hex key (NOT INCLUDED) 

- H5 Hex key (NOT INCLUDED) 

1. Install the damper bracket in the correct position using the highlighted screw. 

2. Install the damper and secure it with screws and nuts from the kit. 

Important! The damper must not limit the pedal travel. In case of discrepancy, go back to point 1 and adjust the position of the bracket. 


3. Adjust the force (counterclockwise - decrease the force; clockwise - increase the force).
